About Quantum PLC Module

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in extremely high reliability. Quantum PLC also features hardware fault self-detection, providing timely alarm information when failures occur.

The system can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components with fault self-diagnosis programs, providing protection beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment. This gives the entire system high reliability. All modules support hot swapping without system downtime, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators visually display CPU and I/O template channel status for quick maintenance.

Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities, comprehensive functions, and strong applicability. Critical systems like river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, plus dual Ethernet to ensure safe, continuous operation. The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation.

Through two identically configured module sets forming primary and secondary systems, the host CPU handles program operation and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby machine monitors the host's status and immediately switches to become the host if a failure occurs, with switching time shorter than one PLC scanning cycle to avoid logic operation impact.
