The Zhong He SZ-6B is a high-reliability magnetic induction velocity sensor specifically engineered as a vibration speed transducer for industrial machinery condition monitoring. Based on Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle, it converts mechanical vibration velocity into proportional electrical signals, featuring self-generating operation and exceptional stability for harsh industrial environments.

Operating Principle

As a passive sensor, it requires no external power supply, simplifying installation and reducing maintenance costs. Its core structure consists of a permanent magnet and a moving coil; when vibration occurs, the coil cuts magnetic lines to generate an induction voltage, which is directly proportional to vibration velocity, ensuring accurate and real-time monitoring data.
